    the roof is leaking around one of our chimneys, which has no lead flashing around it. the chimney is on the side of the house (a semi-detached house in botley, oxford) above the first floor and can be reached from a ladder for the purpose of inspection at least. for the actual job an easy deck scaffold system might need to be erected and the existing mortar would need to be removed from around the chimney. could you please provide an estimate of the cost of lead flashing? many thanks.
