    Semi detached house with three storeys at front and two at rear due to hillside. We have Buddleia bush growing at the junction of the chimney and the roof. The stem goes between chimney and lead flashing.
    Roof is slates
    Task removal of the buddleia including all roots so there is no regrowth, I expect some tiles will need to be removed for access. I am advised that it may be possible to access the rear side of the roof using ladders.
