    the work is to a ‘ceiling’ of an outside passage way which is whole under our house. the passage is a public right of way so will need closing for the duration of the works – there are alternative routes so I doubt that this will be a problem. The ceiling area is approx 13m2, the existing sheets are fixed to out floor joists.
    Once removed, we require the space within our floor joists to be insulated with rock wool or similar, and a new ceiling to be fixed using 50mm kingspan covered by some sort of external board.
