    The building is adjacent to 22 & behind Thorpe Willoughby Garden Club, to whom it belongs. It is a shed 4.8m long 2.8m wide and 2.4m high at the apex. The walls and roof contain chrysotile. The walls are covered in plywood on the outside and hardboard on the inside. The hut needs demolishing and removing the interior floor is wood and and there are some more pieces of the corrugated roof material inside the shed
