    We planning to skim the ceilings but one of the plasters that we visited mentioned about the possibility of the presence of asbestos in the ceilings. I also have removed the some wall paper in two rooms. We found a hole 5 inches x 3 inches in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms, probably caused by an old leakage from the boiler installed in the loft. We have also start removing some ceramic wall titles from kitchen and an I have removed an old gas heater from the chimney. We are not planning major works. Kitchen cabin modules upgrade, install new kitchen floor, remove wallpaper, install new carpet in the house and improve ceiling in all the rooms if possible. The property is a 78sqm detach house built in 70s with a detach garage 20sqm. If you can estimate a quote ahead the visit that will be much appreciated.
