    Hi i am a trustee of a local community hall which needs 4 large roof lights (non opening) replacing. The dimensions of the roof lights are approximately 2.1m x 2.4m and are of aluminium construction. I attach a photograph of the hall interior and exterior. The hall was built in 1999 and on one of the windows there is an amount of timber rot on the surrounding roof structure which would require repair at the same time as replacing the windows and flashing etc.
