    the parapets between the roof coverings of the subject and adjoining properties have deteriorated. damp has affected the party walls in the roof void. any water getting between the cracked and weathered sand cement bed will penetrates directly into the core of the wall. these areas should be completely covered with lead or a modern equivalent.
