    We have a chimney that needs removing and tiled over. It has been repointed and capped with flags however the flashing around it is poor and it’s leaking into the bathroom and causing damp.

    There’s more work that needs doing on various sections of the roof but this is a priority as the weather worsens. No felt or insulation present.
