    i got the following quote from someone and wanted to proceed to have velux installed but he doesn’t have availability for quite a bit while. anyone able to match it?…

    hi, got a price together, 1st quote is £950, this will be for us to take off old tiles, latts, felt and lead, and replace with a 3 in 1 felt support tray, breathable felt, latts, dry verge system and new lead to 3 sides of the property, we will use marley mendips low pitch tiles, *** quote is £2400, this is for the same but with a low pitch velux, flashing kit and to cut a hole out in the porch ceiling, timber it out and plasterboard and plaster around the inside of the velux, i don’t plaster myself but i use a guy who does do it, any questions feel free to ask, thanks lee
