    Our house roof is currently slate and we would like to re-roof it with artificial slate (Redland Cambrian). There are 3 dormers at the front and one dormer and 2 off Velux windows on the rear of the roof. The lead around these dormers, bar one, will have to be replaced and there is also a lead gutter at the front of the house to be replaced. Lead around the chimney stacks at each end of the house would need replacing as well.

    The rear wall and one of the gable ends of the house needs attention. The walls are red sandstone and are the ones facing south and west so get all the wind and rain!
