we have elderly relatives in kincardine rd, auchterarder who have just lost their heating. it would appear an overflowing mid terrace gutter has overspilled regularly over the boiler flue directly below and run into the boiler itself we urgently need the gutter looked at to see if its fit for purpose and probably a downpipe fitted. currently the nearest downpipes are next door. gutters either side are not cleaned so the water has no where to go, with a possible low point directly over the flue.
