Apparently this is achieved by providing 270mm of quilt insulation cross layered, i.e. one layer between the ceiling joists and one layer at right angles.nnThis is a two bedroomed semi detached house in Inglewood Drive, Porthill. I need to move quickly. Contractor would need to be prepared to collect and return keys from/to local Estate Agents.
