I Just wondered if you can help me please.

I current live in a block of flats (8 flats in total, over two floors) I have insurance that covers internal plumbing and drains. The local Council in the UK cover the outerbuilding, but due to the cuts over the last decade have a 38 day response time.

I have been liaising with the council and they may be able to let me employ or get insurance for the guttering near the main eneternece that needs sludge and leaf removal every 3 months as that guttering serves two roofs.

With that the council did ask me to look for some provider that have “insurance. Documents would need to be seen in terms of adequate cover and the possibility of dealing with injury or damage claims as a result of th work, compliance with health & safety procedures, and costs etc. etc.” Is this something you can accommodate please? Thanks.

Rugeley is a historic market town in Staffordshire, situated on the north-eastern banks of the River Trent, the third largest river in the United Kingdom. The community has a growing population, recorded at 24,033 in 2011, up from 22,724 in 2001. The population mix includes people of all ages, reflecting the area’s historical roots and its ongoing regeneration. With roots in deep shaft coal mining, Rugeley saw rapid industrialisation in the mid-20th century. Lea Hall Colliery, launched in 1960, was the UK’s first modern coal mine. At the same time, two significant generating facilities were constructed, making Rugeley a focal point for Britain’s electricity generation. In the present day, Rugeley features a vibrant community atmosphere. Its residential offerings reflect this evolution, ranging from historic homes to recent developments. Local roofing styles often feature pitched roofs with slate or clay tiles, flat roofs on newer developments, and heritage features for older properties. Given the town’s weather, frequent problems homeowners face often involve tile damage, blocked gutters, and storm damage. Regular roof maintenance is vital, particularly for older properties. For property owners in the area, vetted roofing professionals offer tailored expertise. From flat roof installations to storm damage restoration, local experts provide reliable results. When selecting a roofer, look for contractors affiliated with reputable organisations like the NFRC or CORC. Local roofers use premium materials from top manufacturers like Marley, Redland, and Velux, ensuring exceptional performance. To get started on your roofing project in Rugeley, submit an enquiry and secure personalised recommendations from vetted specialists.
