I have a fairly old conservatory but in generally good condition. However 2 of the 4 polycarbonate roof panels have slipped a few inches back and the rubber seals have come away allowing rain water to leak into the building. I am therefore looking for these to either be repaired/replaced (possibly the whole roof of 4 panels).

old scottish slate roof, 1 elevation to be replaced with spanish slate. the roof is approximately 36′ long and about 10′ on the pitch. around 1/4 of this has already been replaced with a hidden gutter between old and new slates. i am aware that certain parts of the boards are damp so parts of that will have to be replaced. i have not been able to check carefully as i don’t want to crush the loft insulation, so not sure how much will need to be replaced, when the first section was done it was all ok but that was a few years back. front elevation to stay as scottish slate but a few slates may require replacing. e-mail is my preferred communication method. thanks. are you the property owner: owner of the property
