    my partner and i are putting an offer in on the property but would like to get a fuller picture of the repair and maintenance costs involved.
    we’ve noticed that the roof and gutter at the front are in particular need of cleaning. we also note that the back the property has a rather awkward set of roofs around the staircase in the centre of the building that don’t look too easy to access.
