    the roof has a hole in it, there is a timber that needs replacing, the felt also needs replacing on the front. it is a slate roof. a roofer came and has given me a quote and given the work that needs doing. the tiles need to come off, the felt needs replacing, then the batons, this timber and then the tiles need re-placing, and any that are broken need to be replaced. scaffolding required. the property is late 19th / early 20th century. i would like a quote on the price, and also dates when work could be carried out.
