    hi, i’m looking to get a quote for work to be carried out once our purchase of the property is completed. the following has been advised by our building survey report.
    defective timbers exist within the roof void area due to moisture ingress from holes in the rear roof surface, replacement timbers will be required. extensive repairs are required to both front and rear roof surfaces, roof overhaul to include a waterproof barrier and repairs to defective timbers within the roof void area. lead flashings to the chimney stacks should be made good. additional insulation should be provided to the roof void, repairs to defective timbers should be undertaken and the fire stop wall with the adjoining property fully built up.
