    the front rhs corner of the building is ponding and the water is not flowing away from the building. this is ill fitting and not set to the correct falls and needs to be re-detailed and correctly set. the gutter falls are poor on the main roof and require attention. the gutters around the rear bay are also ponding and need to be re-detailed.
    a couple of the tiles to the rhs of the valley sit proud of the gutters. this corner of tiles ideally needs to be re-laid if the tradesman has the ability to do this as well.
