    I am seeking a quote for several repairs and upgrades to my garage. The flat felt roof has reached the end of its lifespan, with the underlying boarding and supporting timbers in poor condition. Patching is not sufficient, and the roof needs to be fully replaced, ideally with a durable GRP covering. Additionally, the roof edge is deteriorated, and the MDF boarding at the rear is in very poor condition, requiring replacement. The garage electrics do not meet modern standards and should be upgraded. The timber pedestrian door and window are suffering from rot and will need replacing with PVC alternatives. It is important that this work is carried out promptly as the boiler is located within the garage, and further deterioration could pose risks.
