    We have a first floor balcony which is approximately 3m by 1m and has insufficient drainage. The balcony is built on top of the ground floor kitchen and the slope is towards the centre of the building. If there is any existing drainage then it appears to have failed. There is no indication of any external drainage. There is decking and astroturf on the roof which appears to be moulding and there is mould and damp in the kitchen below the balcony. At the minimum I think we need to cut out the mouldy decking, turf and plaster in the kitchen and add a sufficient drainage system and waterproof membrane. We may even need to completely re-roof the balcony. What would each of these likely cost?
