    Hello,
    We are looking to re-doing our garage + study (right behind the garage) roof. We should have done a while ago and it is now leaking “quite” a bit in the garage.
    Flat roof, thinking of fiberglass. We would also like to have installed in the study a flat rooflight window.
    Not sure if this would make any difference and it would affect re-doing the roof, but the plasterboard in the garage (only garage) have asbestos (tested already).
