    Over 15 years ago I replaced our garage roof using a covering of 18mm Bitumenised Chipboard, covered with a damp proof membrane and the best Bitumen sheeting available at the time. I’ve just noticed a slow drip towards the lower end of its slope and one area appears to have ‘sagged’.
