    Hi,

    We have 2 jobs that need pricing:
    1st Job – On front party wall, the end finial is breaking away from the main party wall. Need a quote to remove this and replace with a hip iron and rebuild with the existing coping stones.
    2nd job – There is no lead flashing up the same party wall and along the back wall of the property so need flashing put in
    (I have photos I can email across if provided with email)

    We have been quoted £2100 for both jobs and this would include the scaffolding.
