    Hi, I am looking to buy a house in Dunmow on Dunmow Road, a number of the existing tiles on the pitched roof are smashed and about 7 of the capping tiles are missing / broken. I would like to know an approximate price for cleaning / fixing / new felt and re-roofing, to ensure it is watertight and sealed for the future.
