    I would be grateful if you would quote a price for installing the lead lining in a ‘secret gutter’ around the roof of a garden room which I am constructing. We have obtained listed building consent on the basis of designing ‘the sort of conservatory that a Victorian vicar might have built’. I can provide the images used to obtain planning permission, illustrating the layout and size. The area needing a lead covering is around acentral double-hipped rooflight, which measures 5m x 2.5m. Construction has now been completed to the point where the lead needs to be installed, prior to installing the rooflight; so I would also be interested to know how soon you would be able to start work.
