    Hi, just purchased a house in Maesteg South Wales, the rear garden has a garage with a asbestos cement corrugated roof which needs removing, some of the sheets have been broken/vandalised

    We have a tin roof on the garage that is well rusted on top, but still good. The main problem though is the flashing between the roof and the front of the garage, which is higher than the roof, has perished, allowing water to get at two of the main beams holding up the roof. You can actually see daylight when you look up at the top beams from inside the garage. They have about half of the original wood left, where they sit in the support holes in the garage wall, the rest has rotted away. How much would it cost to coat the rusty roof with direct to rust paint, and make repairs to the two most badly affected beams underneath the roof itself, and replace the flashing between the front of the garage and the top of the roof to stop this happening again? Thank you.
