    Was about to buy this property then discovered it had spray foam insulation in the attic which will need to come out. Surveyor can’t check roof timbers at present and has suggested it might need a new structure as there’s evidence of a lot of damp so I;d like an idea of the cost if it all needs replacing please, to calculate affordability for me !
