    We are tendering out roofing and cladding works on the above water treatment site and we would be grateful to receive your most competitive quote. We are creating an opening to allow extraction of waste transfer tank to be extracted though the roof and replaced with a new tanks.
    The size of the opening will be agreed on site but roughly 8m long and 4m wide
    1. The works consist of removal of existing roof (scaffolding is provided by us)
    2. Fitting of temp roof covering
    3. Removal of temp roof covering
    4. Removal of roof cladding and purlins
    5. Fitting of roof covering and cladding once the client’s works has been completed

    The client is looking for two options with the first option being removal of roof coverings and roof cladding while the tanks are being extracted, then fitting the removed roof cladding, purlins and roof coverings back once the works has been completed.

    The second option is to create a permanent opening which can be easily closed and opened as of when the client need extraction of tanks. This option might require some design works, but it seems the best and most desirable option.

    We do not have drawings for the works but we are happy to meet on site to go through it in detail. The start date on site is the 18th of July if you are interested please give me a call to discuss when we can meet on site.
