The base size is 10/14 and there is glass at the moment with blinds. Also there is a window vent on the middle. I think it is an Edwardian design has three sides. There is blinds which I would rather keep if possible.

dear sir or madam,
i have a client who needs work on a flat felt roof.
the single storey part of the building attached to the church has problems that need to be sort out without disturbing the internal plaster board ceiling and walls.
at the moment the roof, which is approximatley 10m x 18m has a serious problem with seams of the felt opening up which is starting to allow water to enter the roof and damage the internal ceilings.
the most serious problem with the roof is that it is flat and over time the roof has started to dip in one or two areas and is causing rain water to ‘puddle’ the roof itself should slope towards the guttering, that runs along the 18m side.
the roof has 6 plastic domes in a small area of the roof, luckly they are at least 200mm above the roof surface.
the building is all timber construction.
to prevent any damage to the internal ceiling, and create a slope on the roof, if the boards under the felt were left in place and new beams place along side but set so that they formed a slope when the top boards are fitted, before the layers of felt are fitted
unfortunatley, this is a church building, so a quote is required but as this is a small church they have limited funds so approval will be required by the area committee, so it may take a little time to approve, but as the building has already started to allow water in i would hope that they would move a little quicker.
