I have a 3×4 meter existing white PVC lean to conservatory with a polycarbonate roof which is now over 15 years old.
I would like to replace the roof and windows/doors with new PVC/glass but keep the base.
This is for a rental house, so I’m not looking for an upmarket refresh but instead, a functional fit for purpose refresh, possibly in a gable or victorian style.
Would you be kind enough to let me know a rough quote for this kind of a job?
Many thanks,
Nick

Moreton-in-Marsh, with a population of 3,493, is a charming market community located in the Evenlode Valley within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Gloucestershire, England. Situated at the crossroads of the Fosse Way Roman road (now the A429) and the A44, the town enjoys excellent connectivity. It is served by Moreton-in-Marsh railway station on the Cotswold Line, providing easy access to key cities like Oxford and London.
The town itself is fairly flat and low-lying compared to the surrounding Cotswold Hills, which makes it an attractive and picturesque location. The River Evenlode begins near Batsford, meandering around the edge of Moreton, and finally joins the River Thames at Oxford.
Moreton-in-Marsh is historically significant, originally derived from Old English, meaning “Farmstead on the Moor,” with “Marsh” referring to a bird-rich marshland. The town was historically a gathering place for the counties of Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, and Oxfordshire, marking the boundaries until the 1931 reorganisation. Today, it remains a vibrant community.
The town offers a blend of traditional and modern properties, making it a attractive location for homeowners looking to enjoy idyllic countryside with excellent connectivity. If you’re considering home improvements, particularly roof repairs or installations, Moreton-in-Marsh features a variety of experienced local roofers. Many properties in the area feature slate roofing, which is common in Cotswold homes, and these can be prone to weathering, particularly after harsh winters. Regular maintenance and efficient roof repairs are essential to ensure longevity and prevent damage.
If you’re looking to upgrade your home with quality roofing services in Moreton-in-Marsh, it’s important to evaluate quotes from vetted professionals. Whether you’re considering a slate roof repair, installing new roofing, or upgrading your roof to improve energy efficiency, finding a trustworthy local roofer will help ensure the job is done right.
