Hope all is well with you, do you remember us? Paul & Gill Pearson from 8 Meadow Grove, Grange over Sands, ***. You put a new roof on our property in the summer of 2020 and since then we have been trying to contact you regarding our leaking Velux window, calling and emailing you but with no response.

It’s come to a point that we had to get some one in to look at the leak and they also surveyed the roof.
These are the points they raised.

* The leaking Velux window has been put in wrong /twisted and fittings were damaged when the window was fitted.
* Flashing around window damaged.
* Brocken tiles all over the roof since the original fitting. (Which should have been replaced before roof was signed off and handed over.)
* Tiles over lap is insufficient (not min 75mm to stop the ingress of water)
* The plastic tiles edging covers are leaking because of the tiles over lap is insufficient.
* Lead flashing to lower end of solar panels length insufficient. (Approx 150mm to short, this is also to stop the ingress of water)
* The roofing felt show signs of running water stains.
* We are also still waiting for the certification of the roof.
