Gutters cast iron. Roof mostly slate some cambrain slate which is brittle. Area bend one chimney of lead flashing collects debris, one roof valley of about 4m needs cleaning and the flashings/valleys of two dormer windows. In addition, if you can do it a bit of pointing to one roof ridge would be good
