when it rains heavily, the gutter above the upstairs front dormer windows overflows (or, possibly, leaks through a loose or damaged section). it might be because there is some damage to the gutter itself, or it might be a blockage of the downpipe. i think the latter is more likely.

the water overflows (or leaks) from around a joint in the gutter. this might be because there is damage there, or it might be because that is the lowest part of the gutter..
do you want to come and inspect? do you have a standard call-out charge covering the first half-hour or hour? would you need to inspect the gutter before establishing the cause, and then providing a quote to clear the downpipe or to repair the gutter (whichever proves to be necessary)? please advise.
