    We have a blocked down pipe that needs clearing – as water pouring down into outside boiler flue – it is a tall, two storey house, access is difficult as it crosses over on to next door’s property, which is standing vacant (and has been vacant for 8 years). If the rest of the remaining guttering needs cleaning then will need this doing too, but urgent work is the down pipe clearance.
