    Two leaks: One small hole in the Sussex Tile roof, a hole that has just occurred in the last rain storm this week. The other leak is from the chimney. Water appears to be coming down the outside of the chimney on the roof side, and coming down between the chimney and the outside wall. The leak is showing on the bedroom wall exactly where the chimney continues on down to the sitting room below.
