    This property has water coming into the chimney. There are no fire places, I would simply like the small stack removed and tiled over.

    This house also has water coming into the chimney, it looks from inspection that pointing on the chimney is poor, it may also need reflashing. There is a roof tile on the rear roof thats missing, a replacement tile is on site waiting. We can also see a small patch of daylight in the loft the opposite side to the chimney, this is causing very mild damp in the internal walls.

    The keys for both properties can be made available via Lovelle estate agents in Gainsborough. Both these properties need inspecting, quote and work carried out in the next 2 weeks. Please advise if this is possible.
