    we will be having asbestos-containing undercloaking removed from the roof before moving into a 3-bed detached house. in order to remove there will already be a scaffold set up in case useful. after removal tiles will need to be relayed (replaced only if damaged) and undercloaking might need replacing with alternative material if necessary.
