Hello, I am in the process of purchasing the named property and have had a structural engineer report who identifies works which needs to be carried out. I am looking for a quote for the works that are required. Based on their findings they have suggested New insultation ad quilt insulation between the rafters has been used which is not recommended and if damp or frosty conditions develop the thermal insulation detailing will need altering.
