    we have recent bought a house in totland with two attached single garages.
    one of them – the garage on the right in the bottom picture – has an asbestos ceiling board installed (we have had it sampled and it has amosite and chrysotile – we can send you the sample sheet if required) which we would like to have removed, the garage cleaned and a completion statement and certificate issued suitable for us to give to a contractor who may be working on that garage in the future (possibly its demolition and rebuilding).
    there is power and water available, parking in front of the garage for two vehicles and it can either be sealed off from the garage adjacent or that adjacent garage used as the means of access. we can also give you access to the wc in the house on the ground floor.
    we can have the blue and brown wall cupboards removed to give clear access to the ceiling. the electrics can be isolated. the garage measures approximately 3 metres by 6 metres on plan
