    We have a disused cement flue in the house – it is very likely asbestos. We want to open up the corner of the bathroom it passes through into the eves/to a chimney. We can take down the partition wall to get to it but need the bottom of the flue (in an external boiler room) and about 2.5 meters running vertically and currently behind the wall removed and then the part above, in the eves/roof either made safe or removed (it`s a good length of pipe maybe 2-3 metres).
