    the property is a late 1960s 3 bed, mid terrace. there is ripple textured coating on the ceilings in every room, including cupboards. the kitchen ceiling has tested positive for the presence of chrysotile. they are in generally good condition except the kitchen which has some water damage from the bathroom above. i would like to renovate the kitchen (4.1m x 3.7m) and remove the ripple coating. the damaged area covers 2 x *** plasterboard panels.
    also, the downstairs cloakroom (1.7m x 1.1m) may be extended and therefore the ceiling disturbed. the ceiling will need to be removed and replaced as we need to install insulation.
    hopefully the coating can be removed without removing the plasterboard. i assume that the ceilings may need a skimming/repair after any works.
    i therefore require 2 quotes:
    a) remove the cloakroom ceiling plus the damaged panels and remaining textured coating in the kitchen
    b) remove textured coating throughout the property

    a full floor plan could be supplied but there are a number of identical properties in the area with estate agent floor plans viewable on right move.
